I’m Co-Creating with a Co-Creator

I get to play with my friend Sue and it’s going to be amazing!

Scratch that - I’ve already been playing weekly with Dr. Sue Boardman for the better part of two years. It IS pretty amazing. But what is really cool is we’re inviting you to play with us!

We are co-creating an experience to show you the wisdom you already carry inside. That experience is called Medicine Basket Your Way: Unsticking Stuck _______Stuff.

Sue and I share a passion for humanity and doing our part to make the world a better place. We met while discovering that art and creativity can play a vital role in making change. We are both Intentional Creativity Coaches plus Sue has furthered her studies with the Teacher certification and is currently working on her Practitioner designation.

She’s one smart cookie. And has a heart as big as the moon. I’m so glad she’s my friend.

So, one of the questions we have been playing with has been:

What do you need to embrace a great big YES in order to live your dreams?

In other words, what is holding you back? What needs unstuck? Have you even figured that out yet?

For me it has been a life-long battle with permission. I’ve always sought it, and approval. That worked fine to keep me out of trouble when I was little and didn’t know any better. Now, not so much. I’m learning I have the wisdom I need within me to make decisions. And those decisions are often better for me than what external factors dictate.

We are creating the Medicine Basket Your Way process to examine our gifts from all situations, including from being in pandemic. Yes, gifts! It is such an inspiring, calming, creative process, methodically putting marks on paper while contemplating important questions.  The energy and intention created while playing resonates for a long time.

We invite you to let Medicine Basket Your Way support you to release old fears and patterns, step into your power, and choose love. Each session will remind you that you already have everything within you that you need to shine.
